Cancellation Policy
At Aligned Alchemy Consulting, your time and energy are deeply valued, and we honor them similarly. To maintain balance and clarity in our work together, the following policies apply: Cancellations: You may cancel your appointment at any time; however, please note that all sales are final and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, except in the case of verified emergencies or exigent situations at the sole discretion of Aligned Alchemy Consulting. To cancel your appointment, please contact us directly. Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule your appointment, a one-time courtesy reschedule is available. The request must be made at least 24 hours before your session. No-Shows: If you miss your session without prior notice, the session will be marked as a no-show and is non-refundable. You may book a new session at the full price if you wish to continue. Refunds: All sessions are non-refundable once booked, as your space and energy are held with intention. However, you are welcome to gift your session to someone else if you’re unable to attend and notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
